rubber Cord is the most inexpensive and economical sealing element, it produced by extrusion, can be made up to any desired diameters, Tolerances for ID and thickness tend to be greater than for molded parts. Typically, these seals are used in secondary static applications, such as large flanges, container cover gaskets, door seals in autoclaves and vacuum furnaces, and lid and face seals, where unusually large ID or cross section dimensions or a non-standard O-ring is required.

Hardness range from 40 Shore A Durometer to 90 Shore A Durometer

Round Cross Sections from 1mm Diameter to 100mm.

Square Cross Sections from 1mm Sq. to 150mm Sq..

Available in SBR, EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone, Viton, PU, TPU, TPE compound.

Available in White, Translucent, Gray, Blue, Black, Red, Green, Yellow and other colors.
